The Orange Partnership was created in 2004 by senior partners Phil Joyce and Darren Ward. Working on Terminal 5 for BAA, they identified the opportunity to provide a very different cost investigative service from that currently available.
Traditional methods used by quantity surveyors were not proving robust enough to support the move from fixed cost to reimburseable / target cost contracts
The Orange Partnership answered this need by combining specialist knowledge of the UK Construction Industry with data analysing tools; unique methodology and expert forensic accountancy and audit skills.
The success of this model was quickly proven by identifying savings of £millions on our first few projects. These early Clients have continued to call on our project based services, illustrating the value we can provide to any major construction programme.
